The most common trip and fall accidents occur on private property such as shops and supermarkets and we have represented a large number of successful cases in this area. 

In addition to this, poor or incorrect maintenance can result in accidents in public areas such as pavements, walkways or roads. It is very important to find out who is in control of the area where the accident occurred so that they can be pursued directly. It is also advisable that pictures of the area are taken and we would usually engage with an engineer to assess the location of the accident.
